Jessica is a London-based screenwriter with a passion for gripping, unashamedly entertaining female-led dramas, simmering sexual tension and witty, emotionally savage dialogue. 

 

Her mischievous historical thriller, APHRA, was on the 2021 Brit List. Her very first script, DIARY GIRLS, was based on her previous life at the Evening Standard, where she spent three years reporting on London’s celebrity-driven party scene. 

 

She has since worked with Netflix, Origin Pictures, Anonymous Content, Wall to Wall, BBC Studios, Clerkenwell Films, Playground Entertainment, and Idris Elba’s Green Door. She was also a winner of the 2018 BAFTA Rocliffe New Writing showcase.

 

Jessica is represented by Sarah Williams at Independent Talent (UK) and by Angela Dallas and Ted Miller at CAA (US).
